Paginated report visual published in App space points to workspace

Trying to access  "Paginated report Visual" used in a PowerBI dashboard.

Scenario :"Paginated report visual" added in PowerBI dashboard.

Dashboard and paginated report published to appspace

The "Paginated report visual" in the dashboard published in the app space is unable to utilize the "Paginated Report" available in app space and still dependent on "Paginated Report" available in  workspace.

End users unable to view the "paginated report visual" as they don’t have access to workspace.

Requirement : A solution on how to make the "paginated report visual" in the dashboard utilize/point to the "Paginated Report" available in appspace itself , instead of the workspace

NOTE: "Paginated report visual" = Paginated Report within a Dashboard
