Paginated report showing data even after hiding parameters

Hi all,

I have multiple paginated reports in one of our Org. workspaces. usually before publishing the paginated reports we hide the parameters due to a certain requirement and as a result no default value is shown in the report (both in desktop and workspace). 

Suddenly, this changed in the workspace, even when there are no default values selected for the parameter and it is hidden (without allowing null, blank, multiple values ) it is showing the first record while opening the report in Power BI Service. This has never happened before. 

DataSource: Power BI dataset in the same workspace

Dataset: Single dataset with the filter same as the parameter of the report.

Whether there are any wrong steps to reproduce it or you can consider sharing more details about this issue, like 'some hidden/multivalues parameters are not selected correclty by default when the report is opened the frist time. The report is selected only by one value, but it should be selected by multivalues coming from the previous parameters. '

In addition, you can add some screenshots to compare in this issue which could help better.
