Paginated report published to web?

Hi to all,

we have a dashboard that will be Publish to Web (it's a government dashboard). The key user asked us if it's possible link a Power BI Paginated Report to the dashboard, in order to print/download some of the relative data.

I haven't found any "Publish to Web", and I guess that if i link a Paginated report from a public dashboard I'll need to access (login), am I correct?
