Paginated report - Chart with background color and background picture

I am creating a chart with a background color (gradient) and a picture a a company logo. The picture is not blending into the background. Hre are the settings for the picture:

I tried changing TransperantColor (not like I know what means) but it wasn't doing anything. Any idea to make a picture transparent and blend it into background? This is a really hot project.
