Paginated Reports issues in Firefox

Hello,

I have several Paginated Reports in PBI in Microsoft Fabric that stopped working today in Firefox.

Problem:
Paginated reports just spin and spin, then an error message appears. This is all the error says:

Something went wrong

Unable to render paginated report. Please try rendering your report again.

Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

Troubleshooting:
I checked all connections.
I cleared cookies/cache in Firefox, this did not solve the issue.

I tried Firefox in a different computer, and the same issue happened. I also had several users with varying levels of access try opening the reports and they had the same issue.

The issue does not happen in Chrome or Edge.
The issue does not happen with Power BI dashboards.

I looked at the known issues page but I did not see anything regarding this. Though I did see several issues related to my region but nothing related to this. I have seen issues like these with Firefox before and they tend to resolve themselves, but I wanted to ask the community and see if anyone else is experiencing this, and what did you do to solve it?

Gotcha, then it is probably an issue with the newest version of Firefox. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for your reply! I am on the latest version of Firefox. It's version 140.0.2, released on June 27th. Is that the same version you tested on?

This isn't a critical issue because our PBI environment isn't in production yet. But I wanted to see if this was a widespread issue.

I am actually on version 139.0

Hi @eslna

I have just tried this on a customers tenant running Firefox and I have not had any issues. Are you sure you are running the latest version of Firefox also? If it works on Chrome or Edge, is it possible for the users to use a different browser?
