Paginated Reports Not Rendering Correctly in the Service

I have a paginated report with three fixed rows that repeat on each page. When I run it in report builder, the report headers look and behave as expected.

When I publish to the service the top three rows now appear to be shifted right and do not align. When I export the report though the formatting is as expected.

This looked fine yesterday when I first published it. However today, with no changes on my end, my testers first indicated they got error and the report would not render. Then I republished the versions from yesterday. Now they are rendering but the fixed headers in the top appear to be shifted right? It exports to excel and formatting looks correct. This seems like a bug in the Power BI Service side that just started happening today. Has anyone else had this issue or have any idea if I am doing something wrong?

Just an update, I logged a ticket and by the following Monday when I was able to talk to a MS tech, the issue was magically resolved. The tech said that it may have been fixed in a patch over the weekend. So this is no longer an issue but I do not know the root cause.

Hi @rbrocks

It appears to be a rendering bug in the Power BI Service, because they are exporting correct that means what you have done is correct.

i would log a support ticket:  https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
