Paginated Report will not Pull from PowerBi Web Service

Recently, whenever I am trying to make a new paginated report I can not pull any datasets that I put on powerbi desktop to powerbi app webservice.  For example if I upload it on the webapp in the workspace from my desktop everything works perfectly as intented and I can create everything within the app service reports, dashboards, etc.  However, when I try to create a pagniated report from the web service it shows that I have no avaliable datasets in my workspace even though they appear on the webservice in my browser.  

 

Any insight?  I have the latest version of both updated.

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    What I always do is to create the paginated reporting using Power BI Report builder. Once I have created the report. I save the RLD and then upload the paginated report to the Power BI Service.

     

    IF you try the above does it work?
