I have been building in SSRS for 8 years + but am stumped with this paginated report. This works in SSRS, however, my (parent) report has 6 subreports, and 1 subreport is generated multiple times (42), once for each value in the parameters sent to it. The parent report, therefore shows 5 different subreports and 1 particular subreport 42 times, ALL INSIDE the one parent report. I have been using a shared dataset in SSRS, but cannot translate this setup to our paginated reports. It could be a powerbi report if necessary - but looking for some suggestions please. I cannot create 42 subreports (one for each value) as they are not necessarily static parameter values. There must be an easy way.
Thankyou.
Hi @TimoOhio
sorry for not very understanding, do you mean you want to create a paginated report based on a shared dataset? if so, I find relevant articles, hope it helps,
