Paginated Report Visual is not supported

Hello,
I am facing the following issue. Any help to fix the following error message will be highly appreciated.
I have Premium per user trial version. I have created a paginated report using data source from my powerbi report and both are in the same premium per user workspace in power bi service.
then to make this paginated report available to my team publicly, I have created another power bi 1 page report using paginated report visual. Connected with the paginated report. It works fine in power bi desktop and power bi service. But when i create the public URL to make it accessible by everyone with the URL, i get the message, "Paginated Report Visual is not supported."
I used the following method to create Public URL for everyone's access is:
1- Open the Power BI report (containing the Paginated Report Visual) in the Power BI Service.
2- Go to File==>Embed Report==>Publish to web (public).
3- I click above option, then URL appears, but the same above message appears in the Preview pane and also when i copy and paste the URL into any web browser.
