Paginated Report - Stop Grouping

Hi,

This sounds like a really simple question but for the life of me I cant seem to find how to do it.

In powerbi paginated report builder I am connecting to a datamart with data that has duplicate rows intentionally.

ID	Date	Mark
1	02/02/2024	Y
1	02/02/2024	Y

The marks are for morning and afternoon, when I add them to a paginated report as a table it groups them, when I delete the group only it only shows 1 row.

Is there a setting to not supress duplicates ?

Hi @CEllis 

This is because by default, when using paginated reports, it automatically groups the data. Here is a link where it will show you how to remove the grouping to show all the rows as expected. How to remove Grouping after report is built? – SQLServerCentral Forums

The properties doesnt show the tab grouping from the post steps.

'I assume that the report is using a Table, if so, click on the table to select it, then right click and select properties. In the properties window select the groups tab and in here you can remove all the groups just by highlighting and removing.'

By th way, you can uncheck this option when creating the table and it will expand the group:

When I delete the detail group it only shows 1 record when I preview it.
