Paginated Report - Edit in Report Builder Server Issue

RE: Paginated Reports
When trying to 'edit in Report Builder' - I get the following error that I never used to get before.
Usually the report opens up in Report Builder and I can edit it.
Any idea why this has started to show after years of no issues?
The report is sitting on the service, runs fine on the service.

Hi DizHamilton,
The URL generation changed and somehow it is missing the ':' between https //. A fix will be rolling out, but for now you will have to open the report from report builder.
Actually, looks like a chromium issue that just started. I am not sure we will end up changing anything, but let chromium fix it. https://issues.chromium.org/issues/375228139
