    Hi bhalicki ,

Thank you for using Microsoft Community Forum.

To use the Roboto font in a paginated report and ensure it appears correctly when published to the Power BI service and exported as a PDF, follow these steps. First, install the Roboto font on your local machine to make it available in Power BI Report Builder. During the design process, embed the Roboto font by specifying it in the report’s properties. After finalizing the design, publish the report to the Power BI service. When exporting the report to PDF, the embedded font should appear correctly. If not embedded properly, the PDF might default to a different font, causing inconsistent appearance. Custom fonts will only appear if installed locally on the machine. Otherwise, the report will use a standard font.
