Paginated Error - Unable to obtain the list of items

In Paginated Report builder in the service, I am able to load the list of fields onto the canvas, but cannot lost the list into filters.

However, the same data model, in a PowerBI report, loads instantly.

In the desktop version of Report Builder, it loads in 4-5 seconds but giving my users desktop is not an option.

I've searched and can't seem to find anything on this specific error. Anyone have any advice? It is a large DirectLake model but works without issue in building a report.

Hi JessicaRohrer,

This could be an issue with the control the tool is using. Is there anything special about the data or the type of data used in the filter?

You can also file a support request as this looks like it could be a bug in that control.
