Page viewing by audience
I need to create an app , that shows pages by the audience. for example , for sales it will show some pages from the report, and for marketing it will show other pages, but some comun pages.
what is the best practice that I will not need to create comun pages from scratch, like I need to do in this reports?
Hi. You can copy paste pages between power bi desktops (select all and paste). However, bookmarks or sync slicers should be configured again.
You can create a new report from the data model of the first one if you think the data is the same and the pages are the only thing that you want to share with audiences differenciated.I hope that make sense

The App audience is by report, so you would have to separate the report pages in one report to multiple reports. You could still use one data model for both reports. The common pages can be in the data model report. Then, the app could help users see the ones they have access to and not the others.

Do you mean thin reports? my problem is that there are pages that are in common, and I didnt find a way to full copy and paste a page from one report to anothter , that will copy also the sidebar filters, bookmarks, and synchronized filters/slicers...- ibarrau
