Today we noticed that the list of pages on our reports were missing. We have an App published that contains five reports, and usually just to the right of the menu (Home, Create, Browse, Data Hub, etc.) there is a list of the tabs on each report. Today all we see are grey boxes where the tab names used to be (image below)
We have tried re-publishing the reports, and recreating the App but nothing seems to work.
Hi @cphite ,
According to your description, to figure out the problem, please check the following steps:
1.Do all the reports with multiple pages can't see the page navigation?
2.Does the user can't see the page navigation a guest user?
3.In which way the user see the report, through a URL or open the report in workspace normally?

Okay... the issue was still occurring at 9AM this morning, but I went back just a bit ago to take some screenshots, and now it appears to be working normally. I made no changes over the past two hours, and I am the only one in my organization who currently makes changes...
So, while I am happy to see it working again, I am concerned not knowing the cause or "fix" whatever it was.
Hi @cphite ,
Glad your problem is solved. If you have the same problem next time, you can try to clear the cache and change a different web browser.

We had at least four different users who were seeing the issue across multiple browsers, and including cache clears, etc. And it was happening with brand new reports which would not be cached. I understand why that would usually be a valid solution, but in this case it seems more likely to have been an actual service issue. We have a ticket open with support and will see what they can find out.
1. This is happening with all reports, including new reports in a new workspace.
2. The problem occurs for all users including administrators.
3. It is happening whether we access via URL or by opening in a workspace.
