Greetings,
I've set up two filters at the page level.
On this particular page, users can choose the category of the report or dashboard they wish to view. There are two levels of hierarchy for this category. For instance, they can pick between "fruits" or "vegetables," and if they choose "fruit," they can further select "apple" or "banana."
However, there is an issue where, after selecting an option from these filters, the page-level filters are being removed. It's worth noting that the bookmarks are functioning correctly.
This dashboard has been operational for a few months, but the problem only emerged in the past three days. I'm having trouble identifying the root cause of this issue.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?

Resolved.
Since I used blank buttons to build grouped bookmarks instead of actual bookmarks (the reason is because blank buttons has more advanced styling options), I found out that during the user selection, one of the second level selector was re-initialized and saved without the page filters.
Cheers!
James
