    Hi Hammadi

The issue that you are facing can sometimes be caused by the following:

    • Version Mismatch: Make sure both your Power BI Desktop and the Power BI Service are updated to the latest versions. Sometimes visuals created with newer Desktop versions may not render properly in the Service if it is behind on updates.
    • Visuals or Custom Visuals Compatibility: If you are using any custom visuals or preview features, verify that these are supported and enabled in the Power BI Service environment. Some custom visuals or preview features may behave differently or may need explicit permissions enabled in the Service.
    • Data Refresh/Model Issues: Confirm that the dataset is refreshed successfully in the Service and that all required data is available. Sometimes, missing data or failed refresh can cause visuals not to render.
    • Browser Cache or Permissions: Try clearing your browser cache or accessing the report from a different browser or incognito mode. Also, verify you have the appropriate permissions to view all the report content.
    • Page or Visual-Level Filters: Double-check that no hidden page-level or report-level filters are applying and inadvertently hiding visuals.

If the issue persists, try republishing the report and check the visuals again. Also consider testing with a simplified version of the report to isolate the problem.
