PNG Image Showing up in Chrome but not Internet Explorer in PBI Dashboard

I am trying to display images from a Sharepoint site as a tile that links to a report. When I link it up, it works woth Chrome, but shows up as an error in Internet Explorer.

Do I need to adjust the link? Or is this something that can be fixed in the browser?
