PERSONALIZE VISUALS

I'd like to suggest an improvement for the personalize visusal feature: in my opinion it'd be interesting if the icon appears in focus mode: when you use this mode if you need to change something in the visual you have to go back to report, change it, and the come back to focus mode....

In adition focus mode maybe could have one more improvement: besides the option "back to report" , an option to "show report over the focus mode" to change other things: for instance: cross-filtering or other.
