PDF email using subscription not sending out regularly

Hi,

In PPU workspace I have several subscriptions with e-mail attachment for each morning to send to people.

9 out of 10 email sends work fine. But every now and then the mail is not sent. I cannot find a patern in it.

Anyone some ideas about this?
