Go to Settings in Power BI Service and Choose Manage Connections and gateways.
There you will find the cloud connection used for your dataset.
Go to more actions and choose Manage Users and check if your collegue's Id is added as a User.

Based off your responses, I do not think that the user is using the exact same account as you because if they would it should then map through correctly without any issues. So just confirm that that is the case and then make sure that you have created cloud connections for each of the data sources and the user has got permissions to use those cloud connections.
