PBI refresh error, Sharepoint List, DataSource.Error: Web.Contents failed to get contents (500)

Hi skip2mylou ,
After testing by our engineers, we have confirmed that this is a known issue.
When connecting to SharePoint list below by using SharePoint list connector 2.0 in power bi desktop. Then issue will occur.
If there is any follow up on this issue, I will be the first to respond here.

You can navigae to it directly through the SharePoint site to ensure that the SharePoint list is accessible and not corrupted.
The error message you gave is not complete, you can see a more detailed error message in M editor, such as the one mentioned in this case:

Hi Dino,
Thanks for the reply. The post you shared was talking about the old SharePoint List connector. I need to use the 2.0 connector because my List is quite big. I can also be sure that there's no special characters for the SharePoint site, and list.
Could you be more specific on how to ensure the SharePoint list is accessible and not corrupted?FYI, my solution is to duplicate the corrupted List, reload all data, and it works.
