PBI Service memory usage

Hello Community,

I have some visuals which are really heavy to run and requires the user to make some slicer-selections before they run.

They usually run but at times, theu just instantly run in to memory consumption issues and refuse to run.

I have almost 500 users on pro licenses and am afraid of us capping out our ressource but how can I confirm/investigate if this is the issue? Can I somehow pull data on memory consumption and figure out where the biggest offenders are?
