Good day,   I dont have an integration layer db or tool but only PBI directly to an AWS RDS Read Replica The product data overwrites at times and data is in some areas alrge and others only stored...

    You seem to be describing Fabric capabilities, not Power BI Service.

     

    1, read about datamarts

    2. read about incremental refresh. 

    3. see 1.
