This issue hasn't been resolved and I don't have a support plan which appears to be required to raise a ticket.
Given the above, I don't see how the issue is going to get resolved.

We regret the inconvenience caused. As it's a UI issue, raising a support ticket is the option we have. Please consider this and raise the support ticket. if you have any other issue, please raise a new ticket in forum. we are happy to assits you.
