The report on the desktop refreshes fine. But on PBI SERVICE both the scheduled refresh and manual refresh fails.
Actually nothing has been changed in the dataset. Today morning there was a scheduled refresh which has succeeded witthout any issues.
Then I'd guess there was an issue with the Gateway only during your failures. It was a "time out" error, so perhaps it had trouble communicating.
It's suggesting an error involving the Gateway, which Desktop doesn't need to use and probably why Desktop is successful.
Is this a new error for your Dataset or did you change something about the Dataset?
