Just a quick question. Can we now share the Gen2 App with other Capacity admins? Issue before was if it was shared, the datasource needs to be taken over by the other capacity admin. So only 1 capacity admin can effectively see and use the app.

Hi @trebllaw ,
Users assigned as Capacity Admins can:
1.Remove assigned workspaces from the capacity
2.Manage user permissions and assign:
Additional Capacity Admins
Contributors - Users who are allowed to assign workspaces to that capacity (Capacity Admins are automatically also Contributors)
3.Manage Autoscale settings for that capacity
4.Setup email alerts for resource utilization level
5.Track capacity resources usage using the dedicated out of the box app
If other capacity admin just want to view the Gen2 app, there is no need to perform additional operations.
But if he wants to do some processing on the dataset, such as refreshing, etc., then he needs to go and take over the dataset.
Hope it helps,

Hi @trebllaw
As per my knowledge, your point is correct. Dataset needs to taken over.
