PBI Gateway Issues
We have issues PBI Gateway service going offiline.
My guess is either network firewall i.e (Whitelist only IPs in Data Region )
any ideas to confirm this (troubleshooting steps)

What you can do, is to into the On-Premise Data Gateway on your Server and then run the tests under the Network section
This will show you if there are any issues
