PBI Desktop Refresh and PBI Web Refresh yields dif...

I have developed a report on PBI Desktop pointing to sharepoint folder whereby I save all my daily raw excel files
After consolidating the data, I did some transformation and did some measurements calculation that I will use for my visualisation.

The same report is then published into PBI web and I manage the refresh on PBI web level.

I however realised the refresh on PBI Web yields different results from PBI desktop. PBI Desktop is refreshing correctly but wrongly on PBI Web.

Is there any way to resolve this issue?
