PBI Dataset refreshed issue

It could be that the device where the gateway is setup is not reachable (turned off) or the gateway hasn't been updated in a while.
I personally wouldn't run a gatewway on such a device, I would recommend using a Virtual Machine with windows to run a on prem Gateway. There is very little downtime. The VM's IP may need to be whitlisted for some sources to access Databases etc. If this an issues contact the DBA.
