Hi Anonymous ,

When you hit publish, the account that you are signed into in Desktop determines the location where the .pbix file is published.  So, the question is asking - are you signed into Desktop AND the Service with the exact same userid?  It is possible (and happens now and then) for folks to have more than one id and when they hit publish the system publishes - but to a different location than expected.  AND, if you had the other userid the first time, then it would appear in Service and not be changing - because that is not where you are publishing.

collinq yes, I use the same account. I have only one account in PowerBI.

    Ok, and what are you doing when you get the option to replace the file on the service like I showed in the screenshot?
