Outlook Mails Stats in Power BI

Hello,

There's a possibility to design a solution for a organization to count the number of emails in Outlook that sent after 20:00 PM for all O365 users ?

Thanks

Hi,

This is a good question !

I'm also looking to obtain a report from Power Be with data from email because I want to see each day how many emails are sent from a specific user and I did't find a way to do this.

thank you

Hi @collinq

But in Exchange there no Time, there is just Date columns, thats the problem.

Hey @extrasiyf ,

I think if you expand the data field to be date/time that you will see the times that the emails come into the system.

I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would Mark this As a Solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!

But there is not field Date/time, there is just dates. If you go on Usage Analytics you will see that there no fields for time & thats the problem.

Hi @extrasiyf ,

Maybe we are talking about different things - I am talking about using the Exchange Connector and using the date/time fields there to find the email dumps.ExchangeTime.jpg

I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would Mark this As a Solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!

Hi @extrasiyf ,

You can see data about eschange by using the Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Exhange Online connecter as appropriate for your setup.  Then, just do a count on email connected to date/time and then add a slicer or filter for that time frame.

I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would Mark this As a Solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!
