Hi All,
We had a powerBI pro account with A1 capacity. The pro account payment was done through auto debit from client's card but 2 months before it got expired and the payment got due(our capacity is still working). We didn't got any notification regarding that and our embedded report was working fine in our application so we didn't checked. Now when we trying to access our workspace I am only able to access "My Workspace",accessing all other workspace prompting us to buy new pro license.
Before renewing the card we asked microsoft support about this, they said like this
"Per checking your account, the Power BI Pro Subscription under ******** profile is already in the deleted status and therefore cannot be reactivated.
The only available workaround is to purchase a new order of Power BI Pro. With the previous order already deleted, this implies all associated data is already deleted. "
NOTE: I want to continue the same account because all client data is in that workspace.
QUESTIONS:
