    Hi Nathan_B87, 

     

    Can you double check that you don't have anything in the search box at the top right, and that the dropdowns are set to "all" and "any permission"? 

    If you are a tenant admin, also flip the tenant administration switch on: 

     

     

    This should show every gateway in your tenant regardless of your permissions on it. If you still do not see your gateway, open a ticket with Microsoft.

    Hi Nathan_B87 On the gateway server, open the Gateway Configuration and login with your account. Even if the services are running, it doesn't mean the gateway is up and avaialbel in the Power BI Service.

hey, yes we did that, we restarted the gateway and it says that it's running. However we're still unable to see it under manage connections and gate-way.

Do you mean it's showing as running on your VM? If so, the person who set it up should still have visibility of the gateway in service - it's possible they may have inadvertently removed users from it
