My picture looks fine (in potriat) when open on desktop and photo editing tools.
However, when upload to power bi and to this forum it seem becomes landscape.
1) May I know how to rotate he picture in power BI?
2) Is there anyway I can ensure that the file uploads per the orientation I see on desktop?

You can also post your new idea here https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas , to improve the Power BI.
It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
Best Regards,
Amy
