Organizational Level Viewing Permission

Hello,

I'm hoping to get some help with permissions. I'm looking to make a report available to everyone in my organization. This is a report, but, I can easily turn it into a dashboard if what I'm looking for is only available in a dashboard.

You could create a group to add your colleagues into it and share the report using link.

And you also could create an APP and share it to them.

If you want to share Dataset, Reports and Dashboards with the entire Organization then you need to create an App workspace and give permission to the organization.
