I used Power BI Desktop to create a connection to an On Premise SSAS Tabular Cube via the Power BI Gateway. I then created reports and published to Power BI Online. From there, I created a dashboard on the reports and published as an Organizational Content Pack and shared it with my Organization. When people from my Organization look at the Dashboard and Reports, everything works fine. However, they are not able to click on my DataSet that I published which gives access to build an Ad Hoc report. Can someone clarify if this is a configuration option that I need to turn or or alter? Or if this is intentional?
I may be mistaken, but I believe that there are some permissions on the Enterprise Gateway that you have to set to allow people to use that data set. See this link, the Manage Users section:
