Org Apps switch for Contributor to Create/Update
Allow an option for workspace or capacity Admins to determine if Contributors can create/maintain Org Apps simaliar to 'Allow contrbitutors to update the app' under workspace settings>general>Secure update.

You can update an existing Org App by toggling the 'Allow contributors to update the app' option in Workspace Settings. However, there's no direct way to stop Contributors from creating or managing Org Apps while still granting them other permissions. As a workaround, Admins can carefully manage user roles to limit access.
