Org Apps Unable to grant permissions issue
We're encountering issues with granting acces in Org Apps since yesterday.
At first everything ran smoothly and we could add users to the Org App. However, after removing access from a user, nobody from our team is able to grant accesses anymore.
Removing and recreating the Org app does not solve the issue.
Anyone else encountered this issue?

Hi. You have probably lost your original permission. It could be because someone has changed it or the user you removed was a group of people. Make sure a workspace admin grant you share permission for the org or make you member at the workspace. You can read more details about this issue here:

Hi ThomasCorn ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
The observation shared by ibarrau is correct, this behavior typically occurs when the user attempting to grant access to an Organizational App no longer has the required permission level in the workspace. If you or your team members were previously added through a group (for example, a Microsoft 365 security group) and that group was later removed, it can result in the loss of the “Manage permissions” capability for the Org App.
To confirm, please open the workspace that hosts the Organizational App and navigate to Workspace access → Manage permissions. Verify that you and any relevant team members are assigned at least the Member or Admin role. If your access has been modified or revoked, kindly request a workspace admin to reassign the appropriate role. Once your permissions are restored, you should be able to grant access again for the Org App without any issues.
Hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out for any further questions.

If you have checked the troubleshooting doc and none of that make sense for you case. Then you should rise a ticket to request a more personalized assistance.

Hi ThomasCorn ,
Thanks for confirming you’re an admin. This issue seems to be a temporary service-side problem, not a permissions configuration error. Try signing out, clearing your browser cache, and checking again soon. If it continues, review the Power BI Service health status or raise a support ticket with Microsoft, including the Activity ID and timestamp. For now, you can share the workspace content directly with users.
You can open a support ticket using the following link:
