Oracle 12C Direct Query not working through AzureVM Gateway
Currently running a gateway with a service account on an VM on azure. I'm able to make a connection to our on-prem oracle databases and datasets refresh sucessfully, but direct query will not work. We tried using a personal gateway as a test and that is working as expected. Has anyone else come across this issue? Do you need a separate gateway just for oracle connections?

What's the error message when connecting using direct query? Can you share the screenshot?
Personal mode doesn't support DQ connection. Have you tried installing a standard gateway on your local machine to refresh?
