Option Share content with external users not available
I'm trying to share a workspace to external users (contracted developer), I followed a solution online which is to enable the first option in the Export & Sharing settings section which is "Share content with external users"; however this option is not available on my Admin portal (see below), please advise.

According to the documentation:
What you want is the option "Invite external users to your organization", "Share content with external users" is the previous name.

I had Enabled the first 3 options in this category before posting (you can see it in the image I posted that they had been enabled). But still could not share.

Thanks for the suggestion but I already had this option turned on as you can see in the image I posted (Enabled for entired organization). I enabled the first 3 option in this category but still didn't work, when I tried to add in the email address for an external resource, I get the error that the email domain is not in my organization.
