I need to populate MS SQL synonym for Power BI Dataflow. Need to extract data from them to Dataflow and use it for reporting. I have already configured getaway between power bi and sql server. When I trying to populate them: no available entities. See screenshots below. As for access I set it to "db_datareader" for account, that is used for dataflow and getaway, but according to MS documentation, synonyms are not included to "db_datareader" role So I gave to synonyms "Select" permissions manually (see screenshot below) Is it possible to populate synonyms to dataflow at all? Or need to find another way to represent data from database?
