Opening a student account does not work

hello, since yesterday, i have been trying to open a power bi account on the power bi service website:
“https://signup.microsoft.com/create-account/signup?sku=a403ebcc-fae0-4ca2-8c8c-7a907fd6c235&email=&r... ”
and I get this error every time :

please give me the solution, because without this account I can't connect to a database on sql server from power bi and I need it for my power bi certificate.

Hello @FatimaZahra 

Please make sure you are Using a Valid School Email
• Power BI only accepts work/school accounts (e.g., `@university.edu`). Personal emails (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) are blocked

Some institutions disable self-service sign-ups. Contact your school’s IT department to confirm

Clear browser cache or try incognito mode

If your school email is tied to a personal Microsoft account:
• Create a new `onmicrosoft.com` account via Microsoft 365 Trial
