If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .

If the solution provided by lbendlin works for you then please accept it as solution and also when you are raising the issue make sure to mark it as High Priority or Critical.
Use the below link to understand the process of ticket creation and if you are unable to raise your issue with the Admins then you can reach out to your organisation's Microsoft Account Manager with your concerns.
