Open web service report in desktop for edit

I have a published report to a Web Service Workspace that I built in the desktop app but since the tools are limited in the web version I want to edit the report in the Desktop Application. I can't figure out how to open the report back up in the Desktop Application for editing and re-work. Does anyone have any advice on how I would go about that figuring this out?

Hi @Clucer23 

You can open up your Power BI Desktop file, make the changes you need to do.

Then publish the report again to the Power BI Service which will then ask to overwrite the file, you click Yes and it  will upload the changes.

Does this mean I can't create the original report in MyWorkspace or another WorkspaceApp?

To clarify, this means that I need to create the original on the desktop app and save the a copy on my computer before publishing.  That way I can re-open that file in order to do any edits/ updates before overwriting the previously published file- right?
