Hi all
I have reports that connect to 2 different Snowflake databases.
But the problem with Power BI Service is that, only 1 database/credentials works at a time (ALL other reports in ALL other workspaces start using the same credentials automatically).
It that a default limitation/issue with Power BI and Snowflake connectivity or it is created that way ?
Thanks
@iamprajot You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
Thanks @Greg_Deckler ,
I am not sure I follow, I already posted this for help. Has there been a change in the way of posting questions or do I need to post somewhere else ?
Thanks
Prajot
@iamprajot I was saying to check the Issues forum to see if anyone had posted anything similar. Follow the link and do a search because it is a separate forum. The other suggestion was to open an actual support ticket with Microsoft. This is a community site to assist but it is not an official support mechanism. This sounds like something that you should get an official ticket opened for.
