Online Service - Invalid connection credentials

Hi everyone!

I'm having problems to refresh my data source at the online service.

It shows me this error:

My data source is a SQL Server that has 5 views from a MySQL.

At the desktop refresh without problems.

When I publish it in the online service, the gateway that I use is OK and in the Data Source Settings the Connection is Successful.

But when I try to refresh comes the error....

Any Idea?

Finally I found the solution.
After fighting a lot with the problem, I saw that the issue come from the Network Certificates.
