I have a dynamic URL API constructed in Power BI desktop which works perfectly on desktop but originally it wouldn't refresh online.  I was advised to create a relative path to breakup the URL.  I did this and the desktop version worked fine but online I now have a different error which is retricting me moving forward.  I have been stuck with this issue for a long time now, i do the work around solution that i get advised but then the issue turns into something completely new.  (Where is my stress ball? lol...) 

Privacy settings in desktop and online are set public and i am using the basic login credentials.

Any help here would be very much appreciated.
