Onedrive refresh disabled

Need help.  I am not an IT person just someone trying to take data and look at it in power bi.  I work for a small company and am not a Pro user.  I am just taking data and putting it on Onedrive. an...

Hi there

Can you confirm that the passwords or anything does not change?

Also do you get any emails saying that the Scheduled Refresh fails?
If you do, you can go into the Dataset settings, and click on the button to Enable it again.

    I can confirm that nothing changed

     

    I only get the email saying that the refresh is disabled.  I then go back into the dataset online and click "enable" but on the next hourly refresh it moves back to disabled. 

     

    Should I be using the desktop power BI or is this a problem with the free power BI.

      Are you only using the Power BI Service to connect to OneDrive?

      Or are you first doing it via Power BI Desktop and then publishing it to the Power BI service?
