You can try to parametrize your connection string with query parameters so that you can modify connection string on power bi service side and re-configure your data source credentials.

thanks for the response, but i dont understand what you were saying.
Basically i want to know if onedrive biz vs personal, can datasource that are stored in Personal one drive be schedule for refresh by other user.

If they have permission to access/operate report dataset and know correspond data credentials to update, then your dataset can be managed by other users.
